Replacement of any purchased item is purely a matter of availability of the product you want within 4 hours of placing the order. If this does not suffice we will ship the 1st order you placed with us.
Step 1: Please connect with the customer care executive or the customer support team within 4 hours of placing the order.
Step 2: Provide us with the entire order detail including order ID and your reason for raising the request to replacement or exchange.
Step 3: We will initiate your request on same day and will send the new order you have requested.
Returns will not be accepted at under conditions of:
• Damaged or torn products
• Misused or overused products
• Products without the actual packaging
• Products without the actual price tags, labels, barcode
• If the actual serial no. of the product is damaged
• Defective products under manufacturer’s warranty
• Used or altered products
• Request initiated after 10 days of receiving the product
• Any free product provided by the brand
• Any customized product
• In case if the product has been purchased during any marketing campaigns, sale, discount offers
If you cancel your order in given time frame your refund will be initiated at same day and funds may come in your account within the next few working days. We might ask you the reason for your order cancellation request as per the company’s policy and the convenience of the manufacturer. You are also free to request for a partial exchange or cancel of only some items which you have purchased with several other products described time frame.
If in case you have received a wrong order or damaged product/s follow the same steps mentioned above and please write us the reason for your request of exchange or return. Our team will definitely get back to you. If you have received a free gift along with the main order that you have placed, you also need to return the free gift if you wish to raise a request for the return or exchange of such product/s.
