What is the order delivery timeframe?

We usually dispense orders within 1 business day; the shipping and clearance take 15 to 25 business days. So ideally, the customer gets their order within a month.

Can we select the product ingredients wise?

Is it possible to buy in bulk?

How to make payments

What should I do if I double-charged?

We sincerely apologise if you were double charged. This rarely happens due to technical glitches between the website and the bank. In such cases, we refund immediately, but if you don’t receive a refund, you can contact our support team, and they will ensure to do the needful without delay.

How to update shipping or contact details?

Login to your account on our website and visit the account information page. Here you can update your contact details. In case of a change in shipping address of the existing order, contact our team within 4 hours of placing the order so that we can stop the order before shipment.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, it is possible; however, for security reasons, you need to contact us to do this.

How to act if I receive my partial order?

In case of large orders, the orders are split in multiple parts. In case of multiple shipments, you may have received the multiple tracking numbers from us. Please track all your shipments to see the status of your rest shipments. In case of any confusion, please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
